    • First session: 60 minutes

    • Follow-up sessions: 50 minutes

    • A 10-minute phone call with Celeste helps determine if she’s the right fit for you. This call allows you to ask any questions before starting therapy

    • Regularly scheduled sessions (usually 3 weekly sessions to start then fortnightly) are recommended for effective progress

    • Available in person (Sutherland practice) or online (telehealth)

  • Not required unless you want to claim Medicare rebates.

    • If you need a Mental Health Treatment Plan, book a longer appointment with your GP

    • Feeling nervous is normal.

    • Celeste will ask questions to understand your experiences and tailor therapy to suit you

    • Telehealth Sessions:
      Payment via EFT bank transfer the day before your appointment.

    • In-Person Sessions:
      Payment via tap at the time of your session.

    • With an Mental Health Care Plan and GP referral, you are eligible for 6 Medicare-rebated sessions initially. After a GP review, you may be referred for 4 additional sessions (maximum 10 per calendar year)

    • Additional sessions beyond this can be privately funded

    • Medicare rebate is approximately $96 per session (a gap payment will apply)

    • We do not process Medicare rebates but you can easily claim them yourself after your session

    • Some plans cover psychology sessions—check with your insurer

    • We provide a receipt for you to easily claim the reimbursement
