About Discover Me Psychology
Celeste Rollinson MPsych
The name Discover Me Psychology is deeply rooted in self-exploration, self-awareness, and holistic healing. My work isn’t just about symptom relief—it’s about helping clients reconnect with themselves on a deeper level, integrating mind, body, and soul.
I’ve been a therapist for 10+ years guiding many people to discover themselves on a deeper level. I specialise in the treatment of underlying trauma, and been personally involved with people who have suffered intensely in all aspects of life. I have undergone and am still in my own personal therapy as a way to constantly evolve and discover aspects to myself. My own experiences have fuelled my passion to find the best treatments possible for my clients.
I work best with adolescents, adults, and pre/post-natal support. I have over 10 years experience in providing evidence based, compassionate and individually tailored treatment. As a clinician, I value a trusting, caring, and supportive therapeutic relationship with my clients above all and I believe in empathically treating the individual as part of a holistic system.

Our Services and Approach
A Holistic Therapeutic Approach
At Discover Me Psychology, I offer a range of evidence-based services to support individuals. I work collaboratively with clients and their families to develop personalised treatment plans that are tailored to their unique needs and goals. Just as each of us is unique, so too is your therapy. As a result, the specific approach I adopt will depend on your requirements. Often, a few different techniques are used to explore your situation as therapy unfolds.
I create an authentic space for my clients to feel safe enough to share their stories and utilises interventions that are based in attachment theory and the neurobiology of behaviour. My interventions are largely grounded in psychodynamic therapy with formulations and drawing upon family and systems therapy, CBT, DBT, solution focused therapy, existentialism, and mindfulness techniques with an important element to focus on the body and tune in to what you may be experiencing.
Introducing what is happening in your body in sessions can reconnect clients with experiences that shape their ongoing experience of life and the patterns that while are often useful in their original context and serve to protect us but often keep us stuck.

Through therapy, I empower you with the tools and emotional strength needed to navigate the challenges and triumphs of your parenthood journey, no matter where you are in the process.

Adults
Adolescence is a transformative period filled with unique challenges and opportunities for growth. At Discover Me, I recognise the importance of providing a supportive and understanding environment for adolescents as they navigate this critical phase of life.
My goal is to empower teens to make healthy choices, build self-confidence, and develop the skills they need to thrive in today's complex world. When treating young people, I aim to work together with families, schools, and wider systems (if necessary), to better support young people in the challenges they are facing.
